There are fundamental factors inherent in each communication strategy Daemon 2iC produces. The first of these is the notion of dialogic, or two-way communication. This means setting up a process whereby an organisation and its target audiences engage in a conversation that satisfies both parties. From an organisation's perspective, this will result in customers viewing their relationship with the organisation as a partnership, an entity with emotional, fiscal and intellectual capital: ultimately, a resource for both parties.

The second is issues management. This is an approach which proactively identifies and manages threats to an organisation. It also means positioning a strategy to take advantage of the changing nature of the environment (social, regulatory, technological, competitive) in which an organisation exists.

The third is research. The design and implementation of any communication strategy will be enhanced by carrying out formal and informal research on the target audience's reaction to both product and strategy design. Daemon 2iC is experienced in working with our own and other research agencies to provide meaningful data in this area.
